    I was denied a refund on the air conditioner that I bought. When I returned to the store, they said I had to have management approval. I waited over an hour and 15 minutes, but the managers were in a meeting. I then called corporate support, who tried to call the store to no avail. I bought the air conditioner because it was an in stock item rather than being ordered so I could return it. They have three more. It’s early in the air conditioning season. I really feel for the employees of that store. If that’s the kind of management we have.

    Ayer 29 de marzo , me desepciono una persona que estaba de encargado en la área donde están las sombrillas de patio,había estado en otras tres tiendas buscando,una sombrilla que me gustó, pero desafortunadamente no la tenían en otras tres tiendas en la última tienda que la muchacha muy amable me dijo que aquí en esta tienda había tres.. cuando decidí ir a esta tienda hablé con la muncha o señora hablaba español. Le pregunté? Disculpa me puedes ayudar necesito esta sombrilla que costaba 498 dólares en fin total que me dijo que no había según ella checo y que estaba solo la de display la que está ahí y le pregunté que si era el mismo precio y dijo que si yo dijo no pues no y le dije en otra tienda me dijieron que había tres y ella me contestó que no sólo había esa y que no están de continuadas..ok dije yo salí enojado porque había manejado desde lejos para que me dijeran esto.. hablé con mi hija y me sujerio ordena en línea yo tengo la aplicación y siempre e comprado el lowes,, cual fue mi sorpresa que ala hora estaba lista para recogerla en la misma tienda, entonces no me la quiso vender o fue floja) por no usar otro término… o no quiso traerla hasta la bodega. Mala esperiencia tengo la tarjeta de haberla comprado en la copentecia pero no quise pero ya no vuelvo a comprar en lowes…

    This is the worst store in existence. A complete overhaul is needed. I placed an order, and received a confirmation. The next day I got a text saying the payment was declined. I contacted chat. They advised that they see the payment went through, but there was a glitch. Chat said they couldn't help, so they gave me a number to call. I called that number. I repeated the issue 3 times. He kept insisting that he has limited assistance. When I asked who i should speak to for my situation, he said "oh' and asked to call me back. To his credit, he called back quickly. His store couldn't help, he said i needed this store. I called.I gave my order number and explained, and they placed me hold for 30 minutes, they came back, I told them why I was holding, they put me on hold again and hung up. I called back, the same lady answered. I advised that it was me calling back again. She put me hold again and hung up. She finally came back and said oh... your order is going out April 2nd because we put it on a box truck and not a flatbed, and we don't deliver today. My order was supposed to be here yesterday, and she had no clue why I was getting the payment notification in my account on their website. This is abysmal from purchase to customer service to failure to deliver. I will never use this Lowes again

    Shopping at Lowe's is the worst experience. They are completely irresponsible. If you can avoid placing an order with Lowe's, how can they cancel or change an order after it's already placed? It's disrespectful to their customers.
