  After being presented with a 100% rate increase after 3 months of storage, I contacted the storage office we use and spoke with Ismael. He couldn't have been more helpful and was able to get a reduction in our rate, which I really appreciated. He was very nice on the phone and got back to me ASAP as he said he would! Great customer service by Ismael!

  I must say that this location has the best staff, well mannered staff and the most part is the manager of this location knows how to talk you through the details of what you need. Always clean and safe, the price was reasonable and not too overwhelming price. If you are close by and looking for a space for your extra items, choose this location you won’t regret it. Ask for Tony, the manager because he was the one that helped me choose the best option for my items.

  Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "I had an excellent experience at this Extra Space Storage location. The process was extremely simple, and the facilities are in perfect condition; however, what really made the difference was the customer service. I would like to give a special thank you to the manager for his professionalism. He took the time necessary to ensure that I understood every detail of the contract and how the storage facility operates. He provided me with all the assistance I needed, doing so with a very helpful and friendly attitude. It is difficult to find such personalized service these days. Highly recommended!"
