When I removed the cushion covers, I found visible mold inside the cushions, which was very concerning from a health and safety perspective. I returned the furniture. The store’s proposed solution was a discount on a display item, which I accepted because I needed a couch immediately; however, the display item has visible wear and does not feel like a good value or an equivalent replacement.
