  Kelly is the worst person in customer service I have ever met. When trying to have a conversation with her she sucks her teeth bobs her head and talks with so much dismay attitude and act very hostile and aggressive. When trying to get her to understand or help and offer no solution just aggressive behavior. I have never been so disrespected in my life nor do I shop here regularly but will definitely not come in to spend any money here. I really hope somebody reaches out to me because she does need to be called out for this behavior especially if she hold a leadership position and tell other employees not to help us. She had to call a leader who was not on shift to guide her thru the process of giving us the items we spend a 1500 on with the paperwork that we aquire from customer service because she would not help us and it looks days to get a finally get out stuff.

  Thank you World Market for convincing me that I did not need my cart full of items this morning. After standing in line at the checkout for my than 20 minutes and only 1 person at the register at 11 am, I decided to purchase elsewhere.
