I was shown a picture on an iPad screen and ordered the elfa pantry system on the spot, which was in retrospect a mistake. I very distinctly recall Michele confirming that there would only be 1.5 inches of space on the sides of the shelving, between the shelves and the wall. When the system was installed, I ended up with 3 inches of space on both sides, losing 6 inches of space on every single shelf. I would have never ordered this system if I knew this would be the case. Also, it would have helpful and informative if she had shared the design pictures and measurements before I ordered this system - I actually had to call the store and her directly for copies of those before the install. Overall very disappointing and a complete waste of money. Fortunately I didn't order the utility closet as well. Would not recommend.

- JGJoan GarciaNov 26, 20251.0Arrived to the store around 6pm today and it was closed even though store hours are until 8pm on Wednesdays. There was no notice online or on the door that the store would be closed early. There was staff walking around inside and completely ignored me at the door even though they saw me and heard me knocking. Very rude staff and customer service on the phone was not helpful. I understand stores can close early but at least put a sign up or tell people at the door what is going on and don’t just ignore the customers.
