We walked around for over 30 minutes and no one spoke to us until they saw me picking up fabrics and placing them against different sofas. Customer service is severely lacking. They can take notes from their neighbors at CB2.

We have been shopping for a sofa for a long time and he was patient with us and answered all our questions. He didn’t make us feel pressured to buy on the spot.
