When we complained to the manager Matt, we were told they will follow up on it but they did nothing. They didn’t take any responsibility stating they have contracted out the valet service to a 3rd party. What is the point of eating at a restaurant or buying from a store where your car and belongings are not safe.

As we were taking pictures, this guy comes and rudely tells us to not use the camera with flash, so we listen to him and stop using the flash. we continue taking pictures but without flash, and he comes again and yells at both of us. he demeans us and tells us he will kick us out and tells us to repeat his words as if we are children. i felt embarrased and discriminated. other people were also taking pictures but he only targeted us. i can understand the policy, but i feel like the worker could have been nicer and not treated us in such a unprofessional way.
