  I contacted Jonathan to get a quote for irrigation repair at our new-to-us home. We had gotten a quote from another irrigation company who tried to upcharge us and I wanted a second opinion. Jonathan got a crew out within a couple days. They arrived early, diagnosed the issues, and conducted the repairs efficiently. The pricing was fair for the work, and they even repaired or replaced a few sprinkler heads at just above material cost. 10/10 would recommend.

  I'm pretty confused about the high ratings on this place, I was not happy. A sprinkler zone was not working and the guy on-site said I only had one option: to combine it with another zone (I did not want this). I called the manager and he explained I had TWO options. The on-site guy only gave me the easy option because I guess that's what he wanted to do. I later hired them again to move sprinklers for a new sidewalk and they did the bare minimum, and when it was over the the original bad zone was still not working and he tried to charge me for it a second time. Today the same zone is STILL not working and I was so unhappy with the service that I'm not even going to call them back. Just going to hire someone that can get the job done the first time. You win this time Precision, but you won't get my business again.

  I couldn't be happier with Monte and Precision Irrigation. Great communication, very responsive and great customer service. Monte and his guys did excellent work installing my wifi-ready 10-zone sprinkler system and drip irrigation system.

  I decided to use Precision Irrigation Systems based on the positive feedback that I received from a co-worker that used them, and I'm very glad that I did. The reason that I needed to hire them is that the previous company that I used to install my sprinkler system was so incompetent that I couldn't handle having them back out for fear of what they might mess up next. Precision Irrigation has been on time every time they've been scheduled to come out. They are very knowledgeable and have very reasonable pricing. I have no complaints about their work or professionalism and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

  Precision Irrigation Systems designed and planned the needs for our irrigation of lawn and flower beds. Once approved, they came and prepared the site, laid the pipe with fixtures, and then replaced the sod where the trenches were made. Mr. Ralph West and his crew did a great job and would refer their services to anyone interested in having an irrigation system done. He was dependable and did exactly what he had planned.
