I went two days in a row (spent about 45 minutes on the first day) to try to pick out colors and no one offered to help me. I had to track somebody down for the few questions I had, only to have them ignore me afterwards. They waited on others, made suggestions, walked around with them pointing tiles out, etc. In general, customer service was great with everyone else. I hope it wasn't because I am a 70-year-old female and therefore invisible. I'm about to spend thousands on pool tile and coping, but this might send me elsewhere.

- DLdaniel leongJul 7, 20185.0This is one of the few places where you can purchase supplies to repair your pool and not pay the exorbitant prices at Lowe's or Home Depot who don't stock them. I was able to purchase thinset and grout (15-18lb) bags for@ $25.00 instead of the $30.O0 each for a few lbs of each. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable whether you are doing tile work in the house or outside pool work. By the way they sell all kinds of tile.
