I went two days in a row (spent about 45 minutes on the first day) to try to pick out colors and no one offered to help me. I had to track somebody down for the few questions I had, only to have them ignore me afterwards. They waited on others, made suggestions, walked around with them pointing tiles out, etc. In general, customer service was great with everyone else. I hope it wasn't because I am a 70-year-old female and therefore invisible. I'm about to spend thousands on pool tile and coping, but this might send me elsewhere.
