Every. Single. Visit. (At this location) Some employee will start stalking you and then approach you about some home program: energy saving, HVAC maintenance, etc…. When you say no, you can tell it’s like “game time” for them to convince you with a sales pitch. It’s exhausting, Home Depot is across the street and you can actually stop without being approached with some sales pitch.

Went in to buy a gutter splash block. Site said they had 100. Garden told me the were out. Found a guy named Kamiah who marched across the store and back and finally found them outside the gate. I really needed those. Thanks for going above and beyond.

I’m extremely frustrated with how this situation has been handled. I ordered a dishwasher on January 26th with installation scheduled for February 4th. The unit arrived damaged, and Crystal called me that same day to inform me it would be reordered immediately and should arrive by February 11th or sooner. I was told I would receive an update. I received no update. After following up myself today, I was contacted by Jennifer and informed that a replacement hadn’t even been ordered yet. I was then told that Lowe’s waits five business days for the installer to return the damaged unit before placing a new order. I’m unclear why this internal process is impacting me, especially when I was told the reorder had already been placed. I have also attempted to contact Crystal multiple times without receiving a response. The lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely disappointing. Customer service throughout this process has been poor. I am requesting: • Confirmation that the replacement has officially been ordered • The new order number • The expected delivery date • A scheduled installation date This has already been delayed once due to no fault of my own, and I expect clear communication and resolution moving forward. I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you

Update: I want to thank Lowe's owner for responding and for giving me an avenue to address my concerned. I reached out and they were so kind and professional. I felt heard and valued. The situation was handled professionally and the empathy shown by the customer service was present. Thanks for all who made this one star experience into a 5 star experience. In general, I like Lowe's on Lemmon Ave, Dallas, Texas. I get all my garden products, plumbing (2 toilets), etc. This my relationship with this Lowe's took a major hit in the area of customer service and resolution to an issue that arose when I bought a dishwasher. Buying the dishwasher was easy. I picked the model and set up installation. Installation was a nightmare that took about three weeks to clear up! First, the installer cancelled at the last minute stating the dishwasher was broken and they were contacting Lowe's corporate for me as a courtesy. I took the text message I got from the installer to Lowe's the next day Saturday. I was greeted by the customer service clerk who told me that they are not responsible for their 3rd party installation service. I told her I understood that fact and showed her the message I got from the installer. She got a manager for me. The manager couldn't do anything because it was Saturday. So he was going to call me on Monday. I got call but it didn't resolve the issue. The next thing I know is I got a message from the installation service stating that the installer couldn't install the dishwasher until I cut my cabinets to make room for it; mind you no one had ever been to my home so I go to Lowes again to figure out what to do since they obviously have something wrong. A different manager looked into the situation because he thought the dishwasher was at my home. I told him I don't know where it was because of the installer never showed up. He asked for my number and such and promised to contact me with an update. He did indeed call me and explained they had put someone else's notes on my account and he found my dishwasher. So finally it all straightened out. Mind you by this time I drove to Lowes three times because you cannot get a manager on the phone, I missed a day of work waiting on the installer, and I had to keep contacting Lowes. The first manager who helped never responded to the messages I left for him, the note I left him, and the letter I wrote him asking for compensation because if I didn't do all the leg work I would not have my dishwasher because no one knew it was missing.
