TLDR - go to this Lowe’s if you want 15/10 customer service and employees with morals who care lol.
This is the best Lowe’s in the game. It’s so clean you could lick the floors, and the staff are BEYOND friendly. So we bought a new grill recently and went to pick it up today - as the staff asked us if we needed help loading it, which we did, we pull up and realize that the (FREE assembly btw) fully assembled grill is a bit too large to fit in the back of the 4Runner. The customer service team (3 people) find some screw drivers to de-assemble part of the grill that we specifically asked them to assemble and then proceed to help us twist and turn this grill to get it loaded in the trunk. On top of that, we bought the grill brand new out of the box and the customer service manager (Zac may have been his name?) saw that the grill had a massive scratch on it. Asked my husband to come with him and took a percentage off the sale price bc of the scratch. We weren’t even going to say anything about this scratch bc we are tired and it’s dark at 3pm now and we just wanted to get home. But my dude Zac has restored my faith in humanity. The INTEGRITY. we will forever be loyal to this Lowe’s and this Lowe’s only because of him. Kudos to the this location, huge thank you to Zac and his team, Lowe’s HQ needs to give them all a fat bonus.
