Went to Lowe's, for some home decors, the employee's their was very helpful in me, getting everything I wanted to purchase.
I love this location, and peoplo here are friendly and helpful. Tonight, Daniel helped me with a water hose issue, namely, the connector got rusted and seized on me, he rectified it and helped me in a great deal. I have been in the U.S. for almost 40 years now, originally from TWN, and two things: Don't Mess with Texas, and Go Longhorns!

Being only about five minutes from West Plano Lowe’s, we enjoy shopping there for convenience and good service since we moved to Far North Dallas about ten years ago. In fact, we’ve purchased our freezer, washer, and more recently, our refrigerator and dryer there. I am writing this because of my extremely unpleasant shopping experience over the past few days. Shortly after my surgery, I decided last Saturday morning to buy a Gardner Bender 10-amp Push Button Light Switch and a Korky 2X 3-in Rubber Toilet Flapper for same-day delivery because I couldn’t go to the store. I found out after checking out that I inadvertently ordered the light switch for same-day delivery, but the flapper for locker pickup at the store. Later in the afternoon, I received a message saying that my driver had finished the last stop and was on his way to deliver my order. I waited all afternoon; nothing arrived, and at the end of the day, I received a message stating the item was delayed and they were working on it. I waited until Sunday afternoon and called the store, where I was told to wait.
On Monday morning, I asked someone to pick up my flapper at the store, but still patiently waited for my light switch to arrive.
On Tuesday, I called three times before noon to check on my light switch delivery. The first time, I was transferred to the delivery department, no one answered, and I was somehow cut off. The second time, after explaining what happened, the representative said he would transfer me to his manager, but again, no one answered, and I was disconnected. The third time, I asked not to be transferred again and instead asked the representative to review my account to see what had happened and when I should receive my light switch. After providing my order number, he said the record showed I had already picked up my light switch! He took my phone number and said someone would call me back once the issue was resolved. By early evening, since I hadn’t heard anything, I called again. The first time I was asked to leave my number again. Then the second time, the representative asked if I could wait, and as soon as I said yes, she hung up on me (at least, it seemed that way!). I finally lost patience and found the exact same product on Amazon.com, which arrived the next day. I ended up leaving my bathroom closet light on for 4 more days during this process. I don’t think I will use Lowe’s Same-day Delivery again. Moreover, I need to go to the store in person when I’m well enough to cancel my light switch order (I don’t know how to do so online) and request a refund.

Organized, clean, & friendly service. Ive been coming to this Lowes for over 15 years. Out of all the locations I visit, this is the most organized store I've been to. Theres also a really large 👕 Carhartt collection, which seems to be new. I always come here for discounted 🪴 plants, they have the best selection. There's a great display with 🎁 gift cards to all sorts of places. They have a 🔑 key kiosk which is about $5/per key copy and takes like 5 minutes to make. Love that you can come here with 🐕 dogs! We often come when its too hot to walk outside. My experience has always been pleasant!

My Grandma bought a DeWalt product as a Christmas gift for my dad, to our surprise the charger did not work, we tried all the plugs in the house and nothing. So we went back to return the product. Unfortunately, we paid in cash and lost the receipt, later we had an associate spoke with us and she was rude. More than that, borderline racist and made my grandmothers blood pressure rise. She made no attempt to resolve our issue, rather she escalated the situation. In our defense, we had an employee who VOUCHED for us and told her that we did buy it from that store. We thought that from there we would get the replacement we need and be on our way. Nevertheless, she ignored our complaints and treated my family in an inappropriate manner. I don’t know how you can have such a person working at a store when all she will do is drive customers away. LOWES PLEASE DO BETTER AND GET RID OF HER SHE IS BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!
