I've been a Lowe's customer for over 5 years, and I'm very disappointed that they don't honor the prices they advertise on their products. They simply refused to sell me the item at the advertised price. This shows a lack of respect for their customers. I took a picture of the product beforehand to have proof of what I'm saying. I'm very disappointed; I've always bought products at Lowe's, and this makes me seriously reconsider whether I'll continue to do so.
