    I went in to purchase over $10K in window treatments. No one could help me. An associate said “I know about windows but I’m going on break” and told me I could wait. I’ve never drove to Home Depot in Uptown so fast where I received exceptional customer service. This Lowe’s needs to close its doors at this point.

    My issue is with the rewards program. We were doing updates to our home. We purchased over $11,000 for carpet and kitchen appliance. I called to inquire after the reward points were never added to my account. Was told that the points were in a different account and expired after 30 days and there is nothing that can be done. We are very disheartened by this as we planned to make additional Lowes purchases for additional updates using reward points. Will definitely consider taking our business elsewhere where customer service is priority.

    Not good. Credit balance decreased because I had paid off my balance and was required to do another application to increase limit. Was not able to buy the dishwasher I needed. Customer Care was not good either.

    There's a cashier her name is Alessandra at PRO Customer Service she has a bad attitude, it's too early in the morning to have a face like that that's the kind a people that's give bad reputation to the business. While she was trying to get a confirmation and not getting an answer she could've just put the sale on hold and get to the next customer. But overall her bad customer service towards customers.
