Install services were extremely disappointing. The installer was nice, but so many problems on Lowe's end. Shady sales guy, ordered wrong doors, quoted me only one day for install when installer said it would be multiple days, mismatched hardware, and more. Took 4 months to get 3 doors installed. An absolute nightmare in customer service. Canceled my Lowe's card and will never give them another cent.

I bought a can of paint after the employee assured me there is a 30 day return policy. The paint ended up looking awful in the rooms I wanted them in. I took the paint back an hour later, with the paint FULL. The manager on call Kaniece (sp?) refused to return the paint even after the employee, Andrea, was there and confirmed that she told me there was a 30 day return policy. I don’t mind adhering to return policies, however I was specifically told that I would be able to return before 30 days. I went SAME DAY, about an hour after purchase. Had I known there wasn’t a 30 day return policy, I would have just bought a sample.

My mom purchased a Whirlpool Washer Model WTW6157PW1/Serial CE3701159 and paid over $800 for delivery! The delivery personnel did not take the time to show my mom how to operate the washer!!!! This is a real problem and should not have happened like this! Whirlpool Customer Service is closed on Saturday and Sunday and now we are having to hold the start button for God knows how long. This NOT good! Can anyone help us?

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
