    I came there yesterday and I was speaking with the manager Miss Tasha and I was very rude to her and I do apologize cause she was going by Lowe’s policy and I just called the cashier tonight and apologize as well. Her name was Alex and I do apologize, Miss Tasha, I don’t have no reason to be fussing you out the way I did. I do apologize you was going by a company policy. You was just doing your job and I hope this survey helps you out and with me and apologize and I do apologize 100% y’all was not rude. You kept you stay there professional with me being so rude. Thank you so much

    We had a terrific experience purchasing our home appliances at Lowe’s. Christopher (Sales) and Lee (Manager) provided impeccable customer service and expertise. We highly recommend this Lowe’s location and team!

    We waited for an hour for a forklift driver and I never saw the manager I asked to speak with at least 4 times. Go to Mesquite or Home Depot

    I recently visited this store with the intention of becoming a regular customer and sourcing my Sheetrock from your location. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience that has changed my mind. When I spoke with your forklift driver, I specifically requested that the Sheetrock be loaded one unit at a time to avoid any damage to my truck. Despite this clear instruction, the driver chose to ignore my request and loaded everything at once — in the process, hitting and damaging my truck. I was in a rush that day and only noticed the damage the following day. Since then, I’ve made several attempts to contact the store to resolve this matter, but I’ve been met with avoidance and unprofessional behavior. One manager even hung up on me when I expressed my frustration — an unacceptable response for a business that claims to value its customers. I expected better from your company. This incident not only caused damage to my property but also cost you a loyal and paying customer. I hope this message encourages a review of both your customer service approach and how you train your staff, especially those operating heavy equipment.
