We received a fridge that was so damaged during the delivery process that it can no longer close. We were out of town when it was delivered and tried to initiate an exchange through customer service but were denied because we are outside a 48 hour return window.

I went by there today to get some pest stuff. Only self checkout available, with a line. One person attending, not moving very fast. I went enter my # for mil discount, scan ID...nope doesn't like that. Stop for assistance and wait. Bought 3 items. One will not scan. Stop for assistance and wait. Went to pay, try to enter my phone # again for veterans discount, nope doesn't like that, stop for assistance and wait. I left and went to HD. Woulda been easier just to shoplift the stuff. They don't care to have anyone there to stop me. HD self checkout worked fine, BTW.

The associates in this store are so incompetent and care-free. I asked for help cutting some turf. It took 3 of them and over 20 minutes to cut 4 feet off a 12 foot roll of turf, with who I believed to be the superior of the 3, complaining the entire time, as if what they’re doing is back-breaking labor (it’s not). Not to mention they suggested another turf because they didn’t have enough of what I asked for, and then they didn’t even cut the same stuff they suggested me. They said it was out of stock. Well then why did you point to it and suggest it to me?? Two of them were actually being nice, but the superior needs a serious attitude adjustment, and it just blows my mind how difficult 3 people made it look to measure and cut turf using the machine.
My message to the superior who was there, if you can’t cut a few feet of some turf without stomping your feet like a little kid and getting irritable solely because you were asked to do your job, maybe this isn’t the job for you. And if this isn’t the job for you, I don’t know what is. So incompetent!
