We were really excited to buy a Pillowsac as a Christmas present, we called this store to see if it was possible to get it by Christmas if we ordered it on December 2nd.
They told us to come in and get it ordered and it should work. We came in, and got a delivery date of December 17th so we paid and were ready to go. Sounds good!
The cover shipped right away but the insert, we got no info. I reached out to the store on the 15th and got told it would be there on the 16th don’t worry! 17th came and went with no info. No tracking or anything. Reached out to the store again on the 18th and they said there was a warehouse issue but it’s expected to arrive before Christmas.
Still no tracking or anything. Then nothing until Christmas and I get an email saying it’s still not shipped and I get a free holiday card or something.
Finally looks like it will come before new years. Overall I’m just so annoyed that talking to the store I got nothing useful and basically got strung along until it was already too late.
I hope the product (if it ever comes) is better than the service I’ve received.

Drove all the way to this store and they are not open at 1020am. Already approved for their credit card, but was on the fence. Took it as a sign not to buy from them.

When you pay $7K for a couch, you expect not only great quality products but amazing customer service and for things to work out alot smoother than what we've experienced.
We ordered our couch on a Sunday in April and were told it would ready in a matter of days by Zachery (our salesman). Then we called on Monday to change a few different options (nothing major - just changing some of the seat cushions to storage bins capability). Then we were told - your first order has been backordered... 6-8 weeks. No reason given why we weren't told that to begin with. From here, I just kept thinking ... they just cared about the sale and didn't give us the correct information on purpose or they never checked to make sure the color we wanted was in stock. Either way, a big miss.
We then are told the items we changed out (two storage cushions) are being shipped to our house immediately because they aren't backordered. I say - no - please send the order all at once... I don't want to store items while we wait for a new couch, we don't have the space in our small home.
They can't stop the order so I'm instructed to refuse service from FedEx and assured by the manager of the store that it will ALL ship at once to us.
Fast forward to last Friday (5/31) when we received the initial backordered order. Guess what... shocker... they didn't send the complete order. We call on Saturday at 11AM to get information. They have none. All they can say is the "2nd" order "appears" to have been released by their warehouse but there's no tracking number or no information they can provide on timing...
Last thing, once we started putting together the couch - we also determined the dimensions given by our salesman - Zachery - were off by almost a foot. That's materially off.
The key take away is that even if you have an amazing tangible product, your service and your staff / management are substandard. For that reason alone, I would NOT recommend buying an expensive couch from this company... or at the very least, this location.
I should have canceled our order initially but my wife really loves the modularity of the couch and so far - with what we've received - we're happy with it. Again, our experience felt akin to buying a Mercedes and getting Kia service.

Both Briana and Julie were fantastic when we were picking out our couch! They went overboard showing us every option and making sure we got exactly what we wanted!
