Every employee I spoke with was kind, helpful, and ready to assist me. I had many questions today, and every single person I approached took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. Thanks to their help, I was able to find everything I was looking for. It was such a pleasant experience. I wish more stores had such friendly and attentive staff. The team here is simply outstanding. Thank you to everyone who helped me today!

My father came in to exchange letter items that were clearly inverted/defective, and some letters were also missing. He had the receipt and was not asking for a refund, only an exchange. I was on the phone with him during the interaction, trying to translate and help explain the situation in English. While the cashier was kind, another staff member stepped in and began speaking to my father in a raised and aggressive tone. Despite having the receipt and a simple request, she repeatedly questioned him and did not listen. It was upsetting to hear my father being treated this way when he was calm, respectful, and just trying to fix a mistake. No customer should be spoken to like that, especially when language is a barrier. I truly hope management addresses this so no one else has to experience something similar.
