  Ahi se puede encontrar productos para manualidades y decoración, excelente para encontrar lo que se necesita, todo bien organizado.

  Siempre voy a esta tienda y esta última vez que fui la cajera fue bien grosera , me dice a mí y a mi hija tienes que poner todo junto estilo x estilo , refiriéndose a unos adornos que compré para el arbolito de navidad, y no conforme con eso lo dice en un tono grosero , desde cuando una cajera exige que se haga eso , no eran muchos y tampoco los llevaba revueltos pero ella quiso imponerse ,me pregunto si ella está ahí es porque está recibiendo un sueldo y ni modo que uno se cobre , casi lo que quiere es no trabajar , se me hizo muy ruda y racista , ya eh hido algunas veces y las cajeras hispanas son bien atentas y serviciales y esta señora no sé si es porque está ya grande de edad y aún así no se justifica , si no quiere trabajar que deje el puesto a alguna otra persona que si quiera , … y después dice “ que tengas felices fiestas” …. Por favor me enoje y no le contesté antes de eso estaba poniendo unos adornos más grandes en una bolsa y le digo no así dámelo y dice no quieres la bolsa? Le digo dámela así y le digo Thank you Nicky , ya sabes traen su nombre puesto y lo que hize fue nombrarla x su nombre … ojalá y chequen a estas personas tan sin deseos de atender bien al cliente

  The selection and prices are great but they need to train their young Gen Z cashiers better. The photo frames were all 50% off today. I needed three and the third (and last one) was scuffed up. At check out, I asked if they had any more in the back. The cashier looked at me sleepily and said "Um, what we have is.. um.." I completed her sentence and said "oh what's on the shelf is it huh? That's fine." She said, "yes, but they ARE 50% off." Great. She rang them up, the total was higher than expected with my quick mental math. I didn't question her since she was aware of the 50% discount plus others were waiting in line. I checked the receipt as I exited the store: she only gave me 50% off on one of the frames. I circled back with a more senior staff who acknowledged the mistake, brought me back to the young cashier who had no idea how to correct it - it's fine if you're new, but she didn't apologize nor show any interest while she was shown how to make the correction. She kept her arms crossed and watched the senior staff do the work with apathy and boredom. When asked to enter 50% off for the other two frames, she asked "for both of them?" As if 50% off for only one was an option -- that's how you made the mistake in the first place young lady. At the end of the day, the monetary amount doesn't even matter. It's the fact that this young (and presumably new-ish) cashier had a poor attitude and was not interested in improving at her job.

  I absolutely do not like this company as a whole for two main reasons. One is I don’t care which associate you come in contact with, if you ask where something is specifically, they NEVER, and I mean NEVER know either what you’re talking about or where that item is located in the store. Two, they do not offer tap to pay. Maybe a small thing to some people. However, being that accepted and almost everywhere that I go it is beyond super inconvenient to have to go to my vehicle to retrieve a credit card to physically stick it in the machine when like I said almost every other place, you could just use your phone or watch to pay. I literally avoid this company as much as possible because every time I give it another try, it ends up being beyond annoying and a complete waste of my time.
