I can't remember the name of the lady who scheduled the inspection, but she was very nice and helpful. Blake was our technician and he was great as well. Friendly, personable, punctual and he seemed to know his stuff. I had 3 inspections and quotes. HBR was the most reasonable and it didn't feel like they were trying to sell anything that wasn't actually needed. We just needed the inside fixed up, cracks repaired and just making it fire ready and safe. The finished product looks great and I can't wait to have a raging fire whenever Texas decides to actually cool down. They seemed honest from the beginning and that carried through to the end. I'm absolutely going to use HBR next time and will be asking for Blake by name. Thanks HBR and Blake!
