It was the way that they asked for the title and registration along with mentioning to make sure that it wasn't stolen. Really pissed me off! there was no empathy when I let them know that it belongs to my husband that have been tragically killed, and I was looking for the titles. After two months, I finally found the titles. When I took the title in there to show proof, the staff member said oh yeah, I remember your story, take the picture and merely said thanks for finally bringing it in. I can’t prove it, but I feel like they went in my storage move stuff around so they could take a picture of the bike.
