From the cleanliness of the facility, to the efficient elevators (they even have carts to help haul heavy stuff) to the top notch staff they hire (the property manager is fabulous) I have been so thankful for them! They have wonderful customer service on the phone and in person! When I arrived to put my things away I was greeted by the property manager who knew me by name. They were working on the property that day to ensure the lights all work well, and when mine wasn't fixed yet she even offered me a tap on light! It feels like a local business with the way they treat their customers, but has the highest quality everything like a giant corporation. Cannot ask for better! Thank you for being the best of the best Extra Space!!
