I have been a customer since October 2024, and like many, I’ve experienced increases due to market rates and the current economy. However, today reminded me that compassion, heart, and humanity still exist, and that you never know what’s possible until you ask. I called and spoke with the store manager, Diwaylan, along with associates manager Bob, regarding my unit. These gentlemen showed genuine care, understanding, and a willingness to advocate on my behalf. By stepping out on faith and by God’s grace, this blessing is allowing me to continue doing business with Extra Space Storage. Times have changed for many of us financially, and having people who are willing to listen and do what they can to retain your business is truly a blessing. I’m leaving this review to remind someone that God can and will provide, and that sharing your circumstances may open the door for God to do a great work. He made sure he showed me the unit before renting it to me. Bob was present on the day of my move in, and helped guided me to my unit. He did not make me feel as though I was bothering him.
