We're offering safe Alterations services for your convenience. During your in-store Alterations appointment, you can expect a safe environment where a mask is provided to you. Alterations employees will also be staying safe in both a mask and gloves. We'll take precautions such as increased sanitization in fitting rooms. If you had alterations being completed before our store closures and your completed garments are ready for pickup, we'll reach out to coordinate complimentary shipping of items directly to you. If safe Contactless Curbside Pickup is available at your store, you can choose to pick up completed garments via this method or have them shipped to you.

- RRRabs RouleauMar 11, 20251.0The seamstress/woman doing alterations told me that the Nordstrom credit card benefits ($200 in alterations) wouldn’t cover things such as weight loss, however, I told her it was not due to weight loss, but that this was the only size they had on the floor and the sales person told me I could just get it altered with the Nordstrom credit card alterations benefits. Then she said they could not honor this because the item was on sale at the time of purchase. All and all, the women doing alterations did not carry the same posture as other Nordstrom personnel I’ve worked with in the past.
