    Seriously I could spend upwards of an hour looking at everything. I mean I definitely do that. Never crowded, lots of cool stuff to look at and lots on clearance, always.

    I visited this location yesterday around 8pm & was super excited to find a chair to put on my balcony. Shopping for home decor has been my new obsession since moving into my new apartment. UNFORTUNATELY, I WAS FOLLOWED AROUND THE STORE BY SECURITY THE WHOLE 15/20 MINUTES I WAS THERE. Mind you, I’m 5ft, carrying around a big yellow patio chair with 2 pillows & a couple of bath towels. Not really sure which part of that was a threat. Anyway, the man that’s been following me around finally approaches me and ask if I needed help & I said “Yes, maybe a shopping cart.” He proceeded to ask if he can take my items to the front for me… A cart would’ve been better so that I can keep shopping for the home decor I was so excited about but obviously his intentions were to take the items from me to prevent theft. & I know this because I have years of experience working in retail when I was younger (they don’t pay enough for yall to ruin peoples shopping experience!) Anyway, I changed my mind about the yellow chair that he took to the front & went back to get the pink one & a few more pillows. As I headed to the front THE SAME man that took my first set of items to the front was now walking behind me and the cashier stood in front of the entrance as if he was going tackle me if I tried to make a run for it 😂 Luckily I’m not a thief & have a big budget for my home decor so I paid for my items & had a short & sweet conversation with the cashier before heading out. Being black doesn’t equate to being a criminal! At Home, please stop training your employees this way. I won’t be shopping at this location or maybe this store ever again. If anyone is looking to shop at a welcoming home decor store with great customer service, creative items & good prices, go to World Market. I had the kindest experience there RIGHT before I went to At Home.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
