  The location and parking is good; upon entering the store, my wife and I was greeted by store manager Mark who listened carefully to what we were looking for then showed us several items to choose from. The application process for 0% interest over 2 years worked well for me. Now waiting for delivery and removal of old furniture to complete this purchase.

  We had a wonderful experience shopping at Star Furniture! Emily, our sales rep, was fantastic—she gave us the freedom to browse without any pressure, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Whenever we had questions, she was right there to help, and she was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant shopping experience from start to finish. We truly appreciated the great customer service and would definitely recommend shopping here!

  Jennifer and Amanda are a dream team. They provided knowledge, a great customer experience and we settled on an amazing price for my sectional. I walked in unsure because I had visited so many furniture stores and I didnt like anything because the quality was low. I walked into Star Funiture and immediately noticed the level of quality was amazing. Jennifer had so much patience and I didn’t feel pressured, instead I felt like she cared about me being happy with my purchase! Amanda took time to go into depth explaining the quality and reputation of the various brands. 10/10 service worth every dime and I will be back for my future decor needs! 😎

  I spent a few hours yesterday in the showroom picking out pieces of furniture for my living and dining room. I was fortunate to get Mark to help me. His experience was clearly on display as we went through the showroom! I am so grateful for his expertise and perspective! He was such a big help to me and I couldn’t thank him enough. He’s professional, very particular- like me, and he’s really friendly and patient! I went to the cypress location. This showroom has beautiful furniture too. If you’re looking for furniture, look for Mark at the Cypress location. You won’t be disappointed with him or the furniture choices!
