    The lady at appliances department was so rude! Raysa is her name. She didn’t like that I didn’t want to buy a warranty on my appliance and that I didn’t want to apply for Lowes credit card. She had a bad attitude. I’m not obligated to apply or buy any kind of warranty. She is so rude teach her customer service manners!!!

    Bought washer and dryer, stackable. Paid for installation. Didn't know there was a special kit to stack them (went back to verify on the website, it doesn't say anywhere that additional hardware is need to stack them). But I guess that's my bad for not being a pro at appliance install? That's fine. Can't stack it, so no installation despite paying for install. I go to buy the kit, associate hands me the item off the shelf, saying it's the one I need, but never actually verified it. My fault again I guess? Since I could have researched it prior, but my logic was an employee is knowledgeable enough to know what I need. It wouldn't have been difficult for them to ask for my model number and verify, but I guess my bad for trusting the employee. I go home, screw the kit to the washer, lift the dryer on top alone. It's wrong. Now that I know there's a 27" and 29" kit, I lift the dryer off, un install the 29" kit, go back and return it so I can purchase the correct kit. Drumroll, it's packaged wrong and the box says 27" but a 29" long kit came out of the box. But I didn't realize until I screw it on and lift the drier back up to see the legs 2 inches away from where they need to be on this kit. Now I have to rinse, repeat, lower the dryer alone, uninstall, process a refund, and HOPE TO THE HEAVENS that their last unit showing in stock isn't also mis-packaged. Btw, the same LG kit is available on Amazon half the price, and they'll deliver it to my door and won't provide me with the wrong product. (I didn't even go in to having to basically beg the lady at the appliance counter to take me to the product instead of just vaguely pointing to the distance)

    I just moved to Texas and this Lowe‘s store is the one I plan to use. Registered online, ordered, set up delivery. All good. Delivery came, one item missing. I called customer service and had the good fortune to talk with Isaiah who listened politely and said yes, one item wasn’t included. Well, we all make mistakes, what really matters is how someone takes responsibility for their mistake and that‘s exactly what Isaiah did. He got authorization from his manager to personally deliver the one item that was missing and he drove it to my house himself. Now that is great customer service! Kudos to Isaiah and to his manager who authorized this solution. Well done!! Another happy and loyal customer .
