  My Star account history had been current through December with autopay arrangements across my Star accounts. I was first made aware of any issue in February. Within days of that notice, on February 20, I made a $1,000 payment that brought the account current. A delinquency caused exclusively by a creditor’s incorrect address and failure to send statements or emails is not accurate or reliable payment history under FCRA standards of maximum possible accuracy. Reporting such a late payment is materially misleading.

  Sales associate Yolanda was very helpful and just the right amount. She helped with their ‘price match’ discount, and saved us money. The store was very inviting, the furniture is excellent quality and there was plenty of inventory to peruse.

  Amanda sold us our furniture. She was a great salesperson who didn't pressure us. She showed us a lot of choices and we ultimately decided on 2 loveseats and 2 end tables.

  I have been a regular Star shopper for decades. Every time is a great experience. Carla at the Cypress location made my latest recliner chair purchase a breeze. 10/10. Highly recommend.
