If I order something in black, I don't expect white to be delivered. Completely wasted the day. Why is there no option to redeliver the proper item when it is the store's fault of the misdelivery? Where's the accountability for sending out the proper merch?

I went Cypress low’s yesterday, the products and people work in the store are good. The cashier work at plants area was so rude. I won’t go back Low’s anymore, I don’t feel the cashier wants people go shopping there. People work in The Home Depot are much nicer, I feel much welcome in there.

Went in on a Sunday at 3 pm. Buying a dryer, within 10 minutes we’d confirmed it was in stock and paid. 45 minutes after paying and no dryer in sight. We were the ONLY people that purchased an appliance that entire time. So it wasn’t that it was busy. If you’re buying in store set aside a couple of hours.

Lowe’s fails to point out a 3 day return “policy” on appliances when they take your money. (Perhaps it’s in some small print somewhere on a website details section?)
If you haven’t paid them extra graft, in the form of a store warranty, you are stuck with it. Way to gin your customers Lowe’s. Way to stand by your products Lowe’s.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
