Inventory is never correct. Went in to get something was told they had it but couldn't sell it to me and that I could pay to have it delivered next day. Wasn't helpful at all I said that the app would let me order it and pick it up today but he said if I did that I wouldn't get it today either. Told me copperfeild had 3 checked with copperfeild and they had none

If I order something in black, I don't expect white to be delivered. Completely wasted the day. Why is there no option to redeliver the proper item when it is the store's fault of the misdelivery? Where's the accountability for sending out the proper merch?
