  I came here looking for a product on order to help with a specific problem that was occurring in a pool. Mitch knew exactly what to get, he explained the contents of the product, how to use it, and gave me tips & tricks as well. I left the store well reassured and confident that the product was going to be the cure to my problem. Thanks Mitch!

  Real customer service. Let me start from the beginning, I went to another location and was fed and sold the wrong information and pool heater. And the phrase buyer's remorse is an understatement. When the wrong heater was arriving at my home I began dialing random Leslie's trying to get help. After several misses, I reached this location and spoke to Brenden. And that's when I began experiencing real customer service. He was polite, Knowledgeable and gave me the right instructions on what to do. I then spoke to his manager Miranda who is literally an angel in human form. She made me feel confident with choosing Leslie's. Once Miranda and Brenden got my order straighten out, Michael the tech arrived at my home and installed the heater. Michael is an awesome guy and very knowledgeable in this industry. Point is this, reach out to Brenden or his angelic manager Miranda, and if you have any work that needs to be done definitely, request Michael.
