In 4 months you wanted to raise it to $120, but the local branch kept it @ $87. Then in less than a year of renting you wanted to increase the rent to $165. That is triple in less than one year. It was a great mom pop shop until you greedy out of state hacks ruined. You had a guaranteed monthly income of almost $100, just to park on dirt. That times how many vehicles stored there. Other will follow and leave your greediness short pocketed. Congratulations. You must be democrats !
