    I’m in this store right now and have been walking around everywhere looking for bed skirts. I kindly asked Zoey to help me find them and she said okay one moment, well 15 minutes later & she never helped me. I’m leaving and will not be coming back to this location.

    This At Home, by far, has THE BEST employees. I went to the store (my first time) to buy a floor mat but noticed the incredible pricing they had on Halloween decor. As I was looking through the decor to decide what I wanted, I was approached my multiple employees offering to help. One of the inflatables I wanted was out of stock. The employees made full effort to fulfill my request. They treated me like family. I asked for their names because they truly deserve recognition and At Home needs to know they’re the reason I will keep going back to shop here: Roland, Jeorge, Judy, Joy, Shweta & Alphonzo.

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
