- LSLisa ScruggsDec 30, 20251.0Second time in a few months dealing with the manager, Dave, being short and rude. The cashier both times excused it as “he’s just having a bad day,” which isn’t acceptable. Today he was especially unprofessional with an elderly woman. After waiting at least 10 minutes and being next in line, Dave rudely told her the register was closed and made her move. She waited again, only to be told that register doesn’t do returns. Dave then claimed he told her to go to another line, which he did not, and made her wait all over again. Very poor customer service. Management should be held to a higher standard.
