  This Hobby Lobby is relatively new. I went in during the morning, and there were several people in the store. The stock is okay, but the staff is not the best. When I came in, the two young ladies at the front were doing nothing, unless you consider talking working. As I walked through the store, I saw only two people on rhe floor working. Neither of them asked me if I was looking for anything special. The young lady at the check out just wanted to get her job done. She didn't ask me if I'd found what I was looking for. She simply checked me out, and that was it. There was no interaction whatsoever.

  Second time in a few months dealing with the manager, Dave, being short and rude. The cashier both times excused it as “he’s just having a bad day,” which isn’t acceptable. Today he was especially unprofessional with an elderly woman. After waiting at least 10 minutes and being next in line, Dave rudely told her the register was closed and made her move. She waited again, only to be told that register doesn’t do returns. Dave then claimed he told her to go to another line, which he did not, and made her wait all over again. Very poor customer service. Management should be held to a higher standard.

  The Corsicana location is well stocked and staff is friendly and helpful. It's also nice in that it isn't at such a busy/hard to get into location such as in Waxahatchie.
