Of course I don’t ask for help bc i believe I’m strong enough to do everything myself. 🙄 I quickly realized I CAN NOT do everything myself as I was struggling to lift an item into my cart and a very nice Gentleman of an employee, I believe to be named Joe Angel? (I apologize if I’m wrong) immediately noticed and rushed over to help! He asked how many more I needed and filled my cart up for me. He asked what my project was, so I explained and he even gave me some helpful tips to try as well. Afterwards, he suggested I pull my car up and loaded my items for me! I really appreciate the help and tips he provided. These days many men will watch a lady struggle and not offer help, but the kind assistance from him let me know there still are Hardworking Gentlemen!! Thank you so much for your help! I hope to receive your amazing assistance again!

She acts too busy to even help you she doesn’t even pay attention to what you’re telling her before she replys to you. Then I spend 7 minutes trying to call up there to speak to a manager and no answer. Pretty bad Lowe’s thats pretty bad. I will no longer be making any purchases at this facility anymore.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
