Pretty much everyone there has been CRUSHING IT with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE for months now. I could care less about my man card, big box hardware stores have lost their charm for me. Probably because I've got enough tools and I prefer specialty shops. I still need plenty of supplies though. Especially lately. I don't mind going as much because I know one thing for sure: I'll have a pleasant experience even if I don't find what I need the first time I go. Keep it up Lowes.

My husband called to check to see if they had a 30x48 in jeld wen windows. He was told they had 9 30x52 . My husband said that would work. Window could be longer but not wider. We drove 2 1/2 hours each way to get the window. Only to find out they did NOT have that size. 😡😡😡

TRANSACTION# 233039607 I Stood in line for almost 25 minutes waiting on the two registers that were actually open. One register had three employees helping one person check out and the other had an employee on the phone trying to get paid from a customer over the phone that was not even there. Why don't we help the people that are in line first? Lowes has lost their connection with customers and we are all just a number now.

Last review because never going back. Besides never being able to find the stuff they advertise, employees are lazy, unhelpful and rude. Today one pseudo- cashier (because you arent blessed with a REAL cashier unless you are a "pro") literally bawled me out, yelling at me in the store, for doing nothing more than pulling up to self-checkout that showed green and ready to use and ringing up my ONE item. I don't care what your issue is, NO EMPLOYEE HAS THE RIGHT TO STAND AND LECTURE A GROWN PERSON, A CUSTOMER NO LESS, AT THE TOP OF THEIR VOICE IN FRONT OF EVERYONE WAITING IN THE 30 FT LINE TO CHECK OUT. Her issue, as far as I can tell, is she felt the need to only do half her job today, which is apparently standing there with her arms folded while customers wait in long lines, cause she doesn't want to actually have to do her whole job watching the checkouts, instead she ropes off most of the checkouts and only keeps a few open, so she doesn't actually have to move. I am not a cow, and not going to pretend to be cattle and sait my gurn into the chute, for lazy employees at stores. Done with you. The expensive barbecue grill and smoker we were planning on getting in a couple of weeks for our new house will come from elsewhere, even if we have to order online, because no one at Lowes will ever talk to ME like that again, they will not get the chance.
