Home Depot’s is 1000 x better.. waited a whole 30 min just get help to load something! Hiring kids with no clue on things either with “I’m not sure” why are u working in this area, Pls train ur employees better. smh worst experience ever! Never again.
Home Depot at least have guys outside waiting to help u unload or load items.. Then waiting 30 mins for help!!!

Zach and Jeanna were so helpful! Zach helped us load 35 boxes of laminate flooring when he definitely didn’t help too. Jeanna was so helpful at the front register very patient and kind! My mother in law wanted to open a card and she was super helpful with that! Thank you guys so much for all your help!

We will never be buying from Lowe's again we bought a washer dryer and refrigerator and not only did we get charged every three days and then they put the money back in our account which kept locking my card. But they said they had all of our stuff ready for delivery and at the last minute when we were moving to our new house they said that the dryer was on a back order we bought these 3 months ago so I'm guessing they just gave it to someone else. So now we've gone 6 days with no dryer and when we call the customer service blows. I got transferred 4 times
