  Could not be happier with the camera system Dynamark installed at my house. From starting out discussing system design and camera placement both over the phone and in person with Willie and Jason to the stellar installation done by Juan and Matthew yesterday both customer service and installation were on point. I’m a Master Electrician, so you could say I can be overly meticulous on installation expectations, whether in plain site or tucked up under my desk where some installers would think out of sight out of mind, all the cables are ran and attached neat and clean. Juan also stayed after the installation was complete to connect the cameras to my tablet and walk me through operation and features of my new system. If you are looking for a home security system or a home camera system I highly recommend Dynamark!

  Great service, very accommodating to my work schedule. Technicians are very knowledgeable on equipment they are installing. Dynamark pre-wired my home for security, out door speakers, cameras, and surround sound! Everything works flawlessly and I have had nothing but great experiences each time I've called! 10/10 would recommend!

  Sold a system by a third party contractor was lied to and had my documents forged original documents where for 2 years 24 months with me and my wife on the account the guy who sold it took our signatures and changed out the 24 month contract for a 60 month with out our knowledge he also took me off the account dynamark bought the contract from the failing business have been confronted on the matter numerous times and not just refuse to do anything but are knowingly using forged contract and don't care they say theres nothing to do the company went out of business and he changed his number cant find him after admitting they have had other customer issues they are knowingly and wrongfully using forged documents tell me I'm not on the account but some how have my number on file and email also homfront defense there sub contractor never sent documents to us we had to have dynamark send them and they have been tampered with they state that you can't forge docusigh but the only way that work is through you personal email the docusigh was signed on his tablet as he was filling out after both of us signed he took the tablet and changed the terms and length of contract then sent in on several occasions I tried reaching mark with no success I asked for the documents on several occasions and nothing I did not receive a copy of docusigh ever I have only received the forged documents and copys from when dynamark bought out the contract with no due diligence on there part in I didn't and would sign a 5 year contract for something I could do myself on top of all this my system doesn't work cameras have not worked for 2 plus years and they refused to do anything about it when asked how they can charge on a falsified document they state that you can't don't use them garbage company that buys out bad contracts installers are mediocre at best just go to adt this company will scam you in a illegitimate contract and say it not there problem

  Very professional and knowledgeable for a reasonable price. I hired them to troubleshoot existing equipment, and they quickly identified the problem and cleaned up the area before leaving. They never tried selling me equipment that I didn't need or talk about a change in the service fee. I'll be hiring them again.
