  We stopped by Denver Mattress to look for pillows for my son. After trying a few out, Diego came over to check if we were doing okay and if we needed any help. We explained what we were looking for, and he took the time to educate us on the different pillows we were considering, which made our decision much easier. Thank you, Diego, for being so kind and patient while explaining the differences in the pillows. You gave us your full attention even though our purchase was small, and that really meant a lot. Thanks to your expert advice, we picked what I believe are the perfect pillows. We truly appreciate the great service and will definitely come back to see you for our next purchase!

  Fay was absolutely amazing beyond anything I could have expected. I love the warranty on our new bed . I cant thank you enough for such a wonderful experience. Please know you are very lucky to have such an amazing caring mindful employee that goes above and beyond ❤️

  Diego really went above and beyond to help us, offering excellent customer service and showing incredible support. From the very beginning, he was attentive, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure all of our questions were answered. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process, and never made us feel rushed or overlooked.   My experience in purchasing a mattress and adjustable base was great! I have been shopping for months and have been to many different stores including your store four times before finally deciding what I wanted. I worked with Diego and Fay over those four times and they were both fantastic. Friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable without EVER pressuring me to purchase. I will happily direct people to Denver mattress and to either one of them for fantastic customer service.
