Went in looking for a SHORT TERM 2-6 Month Straight RENTAL staff immediately began bullying saying g they refused to talk to us or give any information about how thier rentals worked unless we filled out a credit check. Found out after co planning to corporate they will do the type of shoet term we were looking for. Why would I rent-to-own for a property I am not planning to stay in hostile, rude, and all the red flags of a scam. Found 2 other rental places in the area that were more than happy to explain thier policies BEFORE DEMANDING AND I DO MEAN DRMANDING personal information. Behavior of the I store staff here was totally mind blowing!

Scott has always been helpful and understanding . I have yet to have a problem with Aaron's or Scott, a big thank you to Scott for helping in the passing of my parents.. my things are almost paid off and i will purchasing more items. I'm sorry some of yall had a bad experience

They were supposed to come pick up a bed set that I no longer need it and they postpone it because of A bunch of Call in from the staff. I had to freeze my bank account so I wasn’t able to make the payment until Monday And she said i wasn’t able to do that when they say they work with you. But yet they almost waited a week and a half And still haven’t picked up the bed set But yet they sure do want that payment on time

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
