Chubby's Mattress

Chubby’s Mattress and Rustic Furniture all started with the original family business, Coastal Bend Sales, which opened in 1952 and was in business for nearly 50 years. In 2006, Chubby’s was opened and named for the beloved family pet, ”Chubby”. Now, with three stores, Chubby’s serves the mattress and rustic furniture needs of the Coastal Bend. Chubby’s is active in the community as a major recycler of mattresses and furniture and is a generous supporter of P.A.A.C (People Assisting Animal Control).
