I was greeted by the most kind, respectful, ambitious lady by the name D. We had absolutely great conversation and her professional service made me consider renting a unit. Matter of fact, I just remembered I rented two different units at two different locations back in 2020 and 2021 from Extra Space Storage in Dallas and the workers was absolutely TRASH. I told myself I will never rent from Extra Space again. But that expertise service from D change my mine.

When we arrived, no one was physically in the office, but within minutes someone contacted us via video call through the kiosk and walked us through the entire process step by step. From start to finish, it took about 20 minutes to get set up and into our unit. The process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free—exactly what you need when you’re tired and moving with a full U-Haul. We’re so grateful for how easy they made everything. Highly recommend this location if you want convenience and real customer support when it matters most.
