I did not like the fact that there were three rate increases in less than two years which I thought was excessive. The on-site manager Kevin Tillman was always friendly helpful and professional. He was the only reason I stayed there for almost 2 years. I moved out shortly after the third reading increase. They are lucky to have Mr. Tillman as a manager otherwise they would probably be empty.
