Wow, another one star review, WHAT A SURPRISE! I bought 20 blue buckets three days ago and was charged 180 dollars when it was supposed to be free shipping over 79 dollars...I called and got it cancelled and then re ordered, AGAIN, and had it set as curbside pickup... WELL HERE WE ARE TWO DAYS LATER, AND BEING ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR BEING PASSED OFF TO A BUNCH OF KIDS ON THE PHONE THAT HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ANY KIND OF WORK UNDER STRESS!! I WILL NOT BE GIVING MY MONEY TO THIS STORE AGAIN, THIS IS A SORRY WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!!

My 64 year old husband just came back from the Conroe location. He picked up 50 pieces of sod grass. He backed up the truck to load. He said several employees stood nearby as he loaded all 50 pieces himself.
This is not the first time we have been at this location with little or no help. Back to Home Depot next time.

Good selection of flowers BUT…
1. The greenhouse area is SO hot. No circulation at all. You can barely shop in there without feeling like you’re gonna pass out from the heat.
2. Why have they done away with all of the garden carts they used to stow so nicely underneath the flower displays (pictured)?
3. Line got long very fast because there was only one person checking out people. I called the store while I was in line, and the woman who finally answered said that she would try and send another person to help.
It’s Texas. It’s hot. They need more than one checkout person in the garden center.

I had an excellent experience at Lowe’s thanks to two outstanding employees.
David helped load my lumber and was amazing—very caring, patient, and incredibly helpful. He made the whole process easy and stress-free.
Humberto, the lumber associate, was like having a personal shopper. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me plan my project, pick out the right materials, and even assisted with measuring and cutting everything I needed.
Customer service like this is rare. Huge thank you to both of them! I’ll definitely be back.

It's bad enough I have to check my self out while employees stand around and stare at me like I'm going to steal something. He'll im ur best employee at that time. Then there is today I go into hardware, find my items. There is only 1 or 4 that I need. Go, to next aisle over ask a women if she can help me. She says I can call someone. I say thanks and return to the aisle. And then Roger shows up. He scans the item I have in my hand and says well we have 15 it shows. Roger starts looking ar stock on the top shelf, then Roger tells me what number I should be looking for...ohhh he'll im back at work sorry Roger let me help u look. Now, there is many many cases we can not see the numbers on because they are so high...Roger says hmmm I dont see them. I tell Roger we'll we cant see the cases with the small labels, thinking Roger would get a ladder and check them. Nope, Roger started looking on the shelf where I had found 1 of the items I needed. How about this since I am such a good employee that I can walk in get my own buggy, find my own items and check my self out. Why dont yall promote me to assistant manager at least so I can fire Roger, and get some people in there that is willing to make an effort to help a customer/emplyee.
