Way better service. More knowledgeable staff. More staff available in general, than the orange box.

Terrible location. I placed on order with my representative at another location for pickup at this location. This location wouldn’t fulfill my order! I had to speak to 3 different people. This location needs to be re-trained. The only employee who knows what’s going on at this location is Han’s!

Lowe’s: Where customers pay for the privilege of being ignored, and disappointment comes with a barcode. I walked in with hope. That tender kind of hope that still believes paying more means buying peace of mind. I chose a branded electronic item “quality,” “reliable,” “trusted.” Because when you respect your money and believe in fair commerce, you think spending more is a way to protect yourself. How sweet of me. How naïve.The device failed just after the 24-hour return window Lowe’s so generously offers. Not 25, not 26. Exactly after. As if the product were programmed to break the moment you lose your right to return it. As if they knew they were selling items with emotional expiration dates, and gave you just one day to find out. After that, they recite their corporate statue mantra: “It’s our policy.” Cold. Robotic. Final. But the show doesn’t end there. When I asked for help, they told me I had to contact the manufacturer. No phone number. No email. No instructions. As if I were an expert in tracking down invisible companies. As if the device came with a compass, a map, and a spiritual guide to locate the responsible party. What a refined way to say: “Not our problem anymore.” And the warranty? Oh yes. The warranty of regret. The warranty of frustration. The guarantee that you’ll blame yourself for not having psychic powers to detect defects within 24 hours. Because here, trust is sold but never backed. Peace of mind is promised but never delivered. To fellow buyers: Don’t be fooled by shiny displays. At Lowe’s, policy doesn’t protect the consumer it protects the business. They don’t sell solutions. They sell excuses with barcodes. And when something fails, you become a detective, a lawyer, and a therapist… all for the price of a “supposedly high-quality” product. The shopping experience turns into a mystery novel, where you play the victim, the villain, and the tragic ending. To Lowe’s: If you’re going to sell disappointment, at least have the decency to offer it with a touch of humanity. Because what you call “policy,” we call disrespect. And what you call “procedure,” we feel as betrayal. This isn’t just about a broken device. It’s about a broken relationship between customer and store. It’s about a promise betrayed, a trust violated. And if you ever decide to change, start by listening. Because customers don’t just buy products. We buy respect. We buy attention. We buy dignity. And that, dear Lowe’s, isn’t stocked on your shelves. It’s built with humanity.
