We went to lowes conroe for paint supplies! Spent over 700 dollars in a little over one hour! We are in oir 70' and needed help finding many items, and of course paint. Tara in the paint department was slammed...(typical one person in busy paint dept lowes mgmt staffing) but took time bouncing around to help us and all people waiting. She guided us to all supplies, mixed our paint to perfect color...all while being courteous and helping 4-5 other customers at same time!! She is a new employee to the paint department, and did amazing in all phases. When we went to check out with three baskets Tammy immediately said let me help you through the process. She helped scan for us got my military discount and had a recept in no time. We live closer to home depot but prefer lowes, and now you know the reason why! Kudos to these two ladies who went above and beyond for their customers on 3/6/2026!

Need 14 3 wire. Nobody here is trained to cut, I suppose. Went to cust service for help, he announced on PA. Stood around aisle 3 ten minutes w no help so I waved bye bye on exit.

Zachary did a fantastic job approaching us and asking if we needed assistance. Upon saying yes he proceeded to help us make the best decision on the product we were purchasing. It is rare to see folks with that enthusiasm and work ethic. We really appreciated it and will be shopping at this Lowe’s from now on. DJ and Zachary helped us outside load the stones we got and were a huge help. Really appreciate those two for everything they did to assist us. Took a trip that would’ve taken us 2 hours and only took us 30 minutes.
