I went to return some water heater supplies two weeks ago and mentioned to the cust service clerk that I have an unopened 269 dollar sink in the trunk that I didnt end up needing for a house I was working on and I believe I had purchased it back in dec . Do you think its possible to return it for store credit ? She said Im not sure bring it up here and I will see if I can do anything with it . I went and grabbed it and of course I wound up being told put it on facebook market place its past the 90 days . Ok whatever I will eat it my fault . I go in last night and the same Mngr who came to assist with that attempted return saw me asking a diff customer clerk where weather stripping was located she walked up and stated yal arent doing anything Shady at my register are you? Let me tell yal something Lowes the only thing Ive ever done wrong at Lowes is let myself over pay for way too many things there on 5 different remodels Ive done . I do not appreciate that comment and or insinuation I will let myself get gouged at Home Depot in the future instead.

Usually hit or miss, had mostly great experience. Would probably go here more often if they didn't turn down cutting boards, unlike their cousin company Home Depot.
The excuse the give for not cutting them makes me roll my eyes. Just make me pay in advance and sign a will not return deal after custom cut. Really not that hard.

It's bad enough I have to check my self out while employees stand around and stare at me like I'm going to steal something. He'll im ur best employee at that time. Then there is today I go into hardware, find my items. There is only 1 or 4 that I need. Go, to next aisle over ask a women if she can help me. She says I can call someone. I say thanks and return to the aisle. And then Roger shows up. He scans the item I have in my hand and says well we have 15 it shows. Roger starts looking ar stock on the top shelf, then Roger tells me what number I should be looking for...ohhh he'll im back at work sorry Roger let me help u look. Now, there is many many cases we can not see the numbers on because they are so high...Roger says hmmm I dont see them. I tell Roger we'll we cant see the cases with the small labels, thinking Roger would get a ladder and check them. Nope, Roger started looking on the shelf where I had found 1 of the items I needed. How about this since I am such a good employee that I can walk in get my own buggy, find my own items and check my self out. Why dont yall promote me to assistant manager at least so I can fire Roger, and get some people in there that is willing to make an effort to help a customer/emplyee.

Y'all got somebody working the Pro Desk who can't reference Pro accounts with the customer's phone number? Inexcusable. And then when I try to make the return at the return desk, i'm told it can't be done, but Livingston Lowe's had no issue making the return? If I was the regional manager I'd be embarrassed by this location.
