    I came into Lowe’s to purchase materials for painting my home, and what could have been a routine shopping trip turned into an exceptional customer service experience thanks to Izzy, a veteran on staff. From the moment we approached him, Izzy was welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to exactly what we were trying to accomplish and then walked us through the best paint options for our project, explaining the differences clearly so we could make an informed decision. What really stood out was his attention to detail. Izzy didn’t just point us to the paint and move on—he made sure we had everything needed to do the job correctly, from the proper primers and rollers to brushes, tape, and other essential supplies that are easy to overlook. His guidance saved us time, prevented mistakes, and gave us confidence that our project would turn out right. Izzy’s professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude truly reflect the values you expect from someone who has served. Lowe’s is fortunate to have him on their team, and customers like us benefit greatly from his experience and dedication. This was hands-down one of the best in-store service experiences I’ve had. Ultimate praise to Izzy for going above and beyond.

    What a horrible company and their customer service is even worse. I recently got Gold Status and thought it would be a good thing, its not. After a few deliveries they showed their true colors. I ordered a bag of gardening materials and it was delivered to someone else's house. I never received it. The ONLY option is a refund. They cant be bothered to call or direct the person delivering the item to go back and fix the issue. Nope. No sir. You ONLY get a refund, but there's a catch it takes from 3-10 days for the to even process the refund internally and then you need another 3-10 days for their bank to process it to my bank. So I have to wait 6-20 days to get my money back, re-order and wait another week for delivery. How in the world is this acceptable? They did say I could order another one and pay for it. Why would I do that? I am not the one that lost the package or wont be bothered to look for it. Nope, Turns out Home Depot has Free Same Day Delivery on most items, so I went from shopping at Lowes for the last 15 years to now shopping at Home Depot. Congrats Lowes, you managed to chase away a life long customer over a $40 order and lack of customer service. I spent at least an hour on the phone with customer service and its the same non-help over and over. The supervisor was especially unhelpful, deceitful and untruthful and she disconnected my call after refusing to help.

    Shout out to Dean from the paint department, today I went looking for items and dean saw me kinda lost, without hesitation he helped me find some boxes and gave me good tips on the project I am planning to make !! He was so kind, and to go out of his way to help me even though I wasn’t getting paint, wow amazing !
