    I wrote a review about a week ago. It was not posted, so I’ll try again. My problem is not with Lowe’s appliance staff- they were very friendly and helpful . The problem is the Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator we bought. It’s not a year old yet and the ice maker has broke going on 4 times now. The handle on the vegetable drawer came off. All this was replaced, but we most certainly feel we got a lemon for a refrigerator. We will never buy Frigidaire products again. And will consider taking our business elsewhere to get a different brand. I’m asking the owner to please respond with a solution

    My mother had an online order for pickup we had gotten to the store Checked in and waited an hour still nothing we went inside to address the issue and Kelsey M. who was the worker on pickup was not at her station hadn’t been for the 4 other people waiting outside for pickup we then proceeded to ask her to help us find and item she didn’t not respond and just walked away I have never been to a Lowe’s with such poor customer service there were only 2-3 helpful workers in the entire store

    Incredibly rude customer service attendant no carts available for my husband who is suffering from a 2nd degree burn on his leg and I'm an above knee amputee they have 3 carts available? This is completely ridiculous but martin promised to bring it to the attention of management

    I ordered two different home deliveries from this store. The first order was dropped off at the wrong address. The second order came to my address. Obviously it was two different deliveries drivers. I called the store and spoke to a manager concerning my order. They claimed I couldn’t get a refund or get another order redelivered because they have to reach the 3rd party delivery company and that’s a process. Edgar the delivery manager, was not helpful nor remorseful at all. I am furloughed and I at least want my order or my money back! I will never do business with this store.

    Bought new appliances, a Samsung washer and dryer. First, they charged me 5x for the appliances incorrectly. After canceling my debit cards because they said they didnt understand why. When my appliances get here (a week after they promised), the installer doesnt test the dryer, and it's defective. Customer service wont listen, cannot help, and was incredibly rude. If you need an appliance, go to Home Depot. They made the process so much easier and didnt mess it up, with delivery when promised and no rudeness.
