I go in today to return and get store credit on some floats and noodles for my daughters pool party. Preston tells me he can’t do anything for me, it’s been to long. Says it’s not return able. Which, I can understand why a plastic basket that was sold to my wife by the direction of your staff would not be returnable. The same ones are sitting on the shelf now. I would have thought store credit ($8.00) could be applied to my $50.00 purchase of floats and noodles. Terrible customer service. I will not purchase another item from here.

He remembered my name when I called back a few days later. The item that I tried to purchase was no longer available in the 50lb bulk container, so he price-matched the smaller containers to guarantee I paid less. He placed a special order to have it shipped to the store, and he contacted me directly when the order arrived. He even offered to help load the materials into my truck. Professional, friendly attitude that consumers can trust. Excellent customer service! The other staff members were also very friendly and eager to help. I highly recommend this location.
