They have good customer service and make refunds and exchanges easy. My friend and I went in there yesterday and when we went to check out the man named Austin working the register was very Rude, Unprofessional and Aggressive with his Attitude. He didn't want to wrap some of our items in paper so this made him mad. I gave him a $20 bill for the few things I bought and my total was $6.47. He gave me $6.47 change and when I brought this to his attention his attitude became very Aggressive. My friend asked him to please just check us out so we could leave. He proceeded to call Security on us. I am 72 yrs old and don't go to Hobby Lobby to argue. I just spent $80 in their Saturday and my friend spent like $79 yesterday. As we were about to get away from him finally the manager Emily comes up and we tell her of our experience and she wasn't really concerned with what we had to say at all. This is the first time in my life that I actually have had a bad experience in Hobby Lobby. Austin definitely does not need to work with people in a store at all.
