She was incredibly helpful when I had an issue with my Christmas tree and made the exchange process so easy and stress-free. She was kind, professional, and handled everything quickly even during the busy holiday season.     Lonnie was excellent in providing prompt and professional service upon my entry. Her Product knowledge was important to me and was the only reason I chose to make the purchase I did. I truly appreciate the fact my needs/wants were taken into consideration and was able to get exactly what it was i was looking for. Hannah also helped me swiftly at the register and it made the entire process of spending hard earned money actually feel worth it. Kudos to the 2 of you women. What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
