However, they don't know when they can ship the furniture. They don't know when the shipment will arrive. So, patience is required from the buyers. Apart from the that it's a fantastic store.

We took time off work to be home for delivery, only for the brand new couch to arrive missing a piece with no prior communication. To make it worse, the couch had a 4–5 inch tear when it arrived. After all of that, we were then told that we would need to pick up the missing piece ourselves in two days. This is a complete failure in quality control, communication, and basic customer service. This experience was infuriating and should never happen.

Unlike other furniture stores - I was greeted and asked if she could be of help. I explained what I was looking for and she took me to the appropriate department. She showed me what was available and we discussed what my expectations were. Hannah went above and beyond to make sure there was no “buying” pressure and that the final decision would be mine alone. This small gesture went a long way with me because I do not like pushy sales associates. Once my decision was made the sale went without any problems. She explained what to expect delivery wise and the return policy. True to her word delivery went without any problems and as a courtesy I received a follow up phone call to see if my expectations were met. This went a long way with me because it shows her dedication to her job and believes in serving and meeting the customer’s needs. I will definitely return to purchase more items and will ask for her help. American Furniture’s success is due to sales associates like Hannah MCGee!

We had gone out to the conroe showroom due to family being nearby with the good intention of looking for a couch that would be a great new addition to our home. Monte, your sales floor representative was not only kind, courteous and patient but had a lot of great information to help support our decision. He made us laugh and made the process a very light and comfortable one. We appreciate american warehouse furniture and we wish you all a merry christmas. Ps the communication from Sunday to delivery day was great ! Also the delivery guys were so prompt, efficient and so respectful!
