  Can't say enough good things about the awesome experience we had with these guys. From the time we walked into the store to the time it was delivered, nothing but the best. I had a small issue on my end, and I was able to get customer service on the phone, and the issue resolved in under 2 minutes. Plus, we found the exact match on the sectional we wanted, and it was $1500 cheaper than the other place that had it. I'm not going to waste my time the next time I need furniture. Just going here first!!

  We had a very positive experience with the individuals we worked with at American Furniture Warehouse. Joel and Louis, our delivery team, were outstanding. They were professional, respectful of our home, careful with the furniture, and made sure everything was placed properly. Louis, our sales representative, was also excellent. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the purchasing process smooth. However, we were very disappointed with the communication from the distributor. We ordered this furniture two months ago and received little to no updates regarding backorders or delivery timing. The only way we were finally able to get delivery scheduled was by repeatedly following up and applying pressure. We should not have had to work that hard just to get answers or secure a delivery date, and it was often difficult to reach someone. We were also surprised to learn at delivery that another item was not included as expected and were told it may be another two months with no clear arrival date. That uncertainty and lack of proactive communication was frustrating. Because of the ongoing backorder issues and poor communication, we are giving this company a four-star rating. The frontline team provided excellent service, but the overall experience was impacted by inventory transparency and communication problems.

  Wow, this is the first time I have actually enjoyed shopping for furniture. Hannah made my experience enjoyable. She did not try to sell me anything I wasn’t directly looking for. I was able to complete my order completely online, with zero hiccups. Then the delivery, amazing. They called me about thirty minutes ahead of schedule to ask if this would be okay. Then these guys delivered my sofa upstairs without a struggle. They placed it and made sure everything was in perfect working order. American Furniture is now my forever furniture store. Thank you 🤗

  Perfect experience start to finish. It began in-store with Maribel Gomez. She was so patient with us. We ordered a bed for delivery. Then, we decided we wanted couch. I texted her on her day off to ask if there was time to do it, and she was so helpful. We added the couch and two end tables. Then, we returned the next weekend for a desk and two office chairs. The delivery was about 85 miles from your store in a rural area. We gave directions, but we were ready for a phone call and prepared to meet them and guide them to the house which you cannot see from the road. Well, we heard a truck and there they were! These two young men were amazing, fast, and very considerate. Thanks for a great experience. We are already telling the neighbors about AFW!

  I’ve been debating whether to post this, but it has been almost two weeks and I have not heard back regarding my claim. My boyfriend and I recently purchased a newly built home, and we were so excited. When we visited this location, the staff and sales representative were amazing, and we truly appreciated the great service we received during the purchase process. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was not as smooth as we had hoped. The delivery driver was careless while unloading the furniture and ended up scratching our floors in two separate areas. These were not small scratches — they are large and very noticeable. When we pointed it out, he acted as if it was not a big deal and tried to brush it off, which was very upsetting. This is our first home, and as a new build, we worked incredibly hard for it. Seeing the floors damaged due to carelessness was disappointing. At one point, we were even made to feel as though we were overreacting, but the damage is clearly visible. I called to file a claim, and the customer service representative I spoke with was very kind and helpful. However, I have not received any follow-up communication since then. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could please reach out to me regarding the status of this claim. Thank you.
