  I ideally like the whole system with this company and also with this location however from the beginning from the customer service from the seller to the pick up time has been a really hush. Everyone would have an attitude so rude like in begging for money .

  Our experience at the furniture store in Conroe Tx started out exceptional. We drove over 2 1/2 hours, one way to shop at this store, on more than one occasion. We were super excited about the selection on there showroom floor. Karla was great and was very knowledgeable about the furniture we were shopping for. However, the process to pay for our purchase was a bit challenging for us. As they wouldn’t accept a check after we were told that they would. The girl behind the counter I believer her name was Amy or Anne put the routing and account number wrong in the computer. And wouldn’t re-type it in correctly. Which resulted in frustration and an argument. We requested a store manager and she called and talked to one on the phone. What she told the manager was wrong which resulted in the store not accepting our check. The pillows we wanted were bagged up and thrown behind the counter on the floor with the receipt in the bag. We left and decided to just pay for delivery and set-up b/c neither my husband nor I wanted to go back in there. So, our furniture was delivered with some missing items and miss communication. Which doesn’t surprise us because of the conflict we had. We did receive one pillow through the mail that went with the couch. After multiple phone calls I was told by Karla that our pillows that were thrown on the floor couldn’t be sent to us. They were “in house” and could only be purchased from the store after we were told they could be sent to us through the mail. She told us that we could come by and get them the next time we came to the area. The other option was to get a refund for the pillows. Which was our option. This is so disappointing because we would have been one of y’all’s best customers and we know a lot of people. We will not be coming back to buy anything. And do not recommend. If anyone does decide to buy furniture from this store, be very careful when you go to check out. What they say they will do and what they actually do are two different things.   I would purchase from here again. Karla M was so easy to work with, friendly, pleasant, no pressure, knowledgeable sales style. Delivery was 2 days, team arrived early, set up the already assembled items, confirmed everything worked and were on their way. This was by far the easiest, non frustrating furniture experience I've had. 5 stars 🌟 all the way.

  Excellent experience at American Furniture Warehouse. Christian Luna was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process of helping me choose a mattress. He answered all my questions, explained the differences between each model, and truly took the time to make sure I selected the one that was right for me. Thanks to Christian’s help, I found exactly what I needed. I highly recommend working with him!

  Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service I recently spent around $10,000 on furniture at American Furniture Warehouse in Conroe, TX, and I’m very disappointed with the experience. During delivery, the crew placed a bed in the wrong room, which was an honest mistake. However, when I asked if they could simply move it to the correct room — especially since I was buying another bed at the same time — I was told they’d need to check with the delivery manager. The response I got was that I’d have to pay $75 just to have the bed moved to the right room. After spending that much money with them, that’s a pretty poor way to treat a customer. It’s not about the $75 — it’s about the principle and the lack of customer care or flexibility. I expected much better service from a company of this size. They’ve lost me as a customer, and I’ll make sure to share my experience so others know what kind of service to expect.
