They have kept the rates competitive at renewal times. The staff walks the facility and checks on the units. I actually had a time when I dummy locked my unit as opposed to locking it, the staff caught it on their walking through and gave me a call. I was able to return and fix my mistake within a 24hr period, thanks to one of the walk throughs.
