I advised the owner of the situation and haven’t seen or heard how he plans to address the issue. Given my experience I cannot recommend this company for any appliance repair.

I was please that Matt rather than push me to fix it was honest and recommend that replacement was the best choice. During the process he was prompt and communicative as well.
