Used them for the first time and was very pleased. They have all kinds of landscaping materials. I told them I needed to add soil to my yard to grow grass on it. They suggested their yard mix. I ordered two truckloads. It was really good except it had some big chunks of clay in it but not too much. A bunch of my neighbors who passed by complimented the soil.
They delivered the next day. Delivery driver did a good job. Dumped two loads without damaging my fence. I wanted him to roll through my side fence gate and dump it in the backyard, but he noticed marked gas lines and suggested not to drive over them due to the weight of the truck. He offered me to sign a waiver and he would do it but knowing my luck I decided to listen to his advice.

Disappointing at least... I ordered "bull rock" and I get broken concrete. I order "top soil" and I get 62% sand (by weight) and 38% gravel fines. Not even 1% biomass! It won't even grow good Bermuda grass. Photos included.
When pressed if this is truly top soil the manager said "Yes. It's what all the landscapers use." I figured later that MAY be true because the landscapers just want to come back in 2-3 years when your lawn looks like crap and charge you for tearing it out and starting over. This is especially true if you went trough a builder for new construction.

Great place and great customer service providing landscape needs hey Jesus, the in-store customer service representative always keeps me informed on materials needing for my outdoor landscaping and provides impeccable customer relationships, and his knowledge every time I walk in to get materials Jesus is probably doing 4 to 5 jobs at a time. I also wanna mention about Logan, the outside loader. He's an excellent young man. He is strong as Superman and he has the energy to be promoted, and I would also promote Jesus for the job that he has had to pick up and fly on the seat of his pants, my s off to the other Site One service personnel for an outstanding job in coordinating task among themselves throughout the day. Well done.

How do I place an order?
To place an order online, log-in, confirm your selected branch, and then add products to your cart. Once you have added items to your cart, then move to checkout. You may place an order for pickup or delivery.

You can see order status on the Open Orders and the Order History pages in the Account Dashboard. This will include all orders, not just those placed online. For more details on a pending order, please contact your selected branch.
How does the Buy Online, Pick Up in Branch process work?
When ordering online, select a SiteOne branch location for Pick Up. You’ll get an Order Confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order, and an Order Ready notification when your order is ready to be picked up.
Is local delivery available when I buy online?
SiteOne offers local delivery on most orders within 60 miles of the branch. A delivery charge may apply
What if I need to return an item that I ordered?
To return any items, bring your order receipt with you to the SiteOne branch location where you picked up your order. Please refer to SiteOne’s current https://www.siteone.com/returns for details.
What do I need to bring with me to pick up my order?
For pick up, please bring a government-issued photo ID and your order number or the Order Ready notification email.
Once my order is ready, how long will it be available for pick up?
Your order will remain available for a maximum of seven days from the first time you receive an Order Ready notification email. Orders not claimed after seven days may be subject to cancellation.
How will I know my order is ready for pick up?
When your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an Order Ready notification email, which will include instructions for picking up your order.
