If you want to be kept away from your belongings with no reason and no help, sure go ahead!!! but if you care about your time, money, and supporting local TRUSTWORTHY businesses, do NOT get a storage unit from here!!!! One singular star is pretty generous for the cowards they are. we got a red lock on the unit with no notice even after calling to confirm this was the last month of renting. If there was an actual issue, they would’ve let us know at that time. Funny enough, today actually isn’t the last day of the month and is actually the middle, so the lock being there isn’t anywhere near understandable. I guess the owner just can’t handle losing any type of business but what does this do for you? Bam you just lost a customer and we’ll make sure other people know it too. I actually do wonder if the owner sleeps at night or do they just stay up and count the money they’re stealing from people while choosing not to help? Called the helpline and they weren’t even notified of our hold, which wasn’t needed anyways. Let’s read that again: the company, which they are representing, isn’t even AWARE of the hold they place on un unknowingly. The code they provided to open the red padlock wasn’t even the correct one, which means the owner changed the assigned code for their personal one for reasons no one can honestly understand. To make matters worse, today is a weekend which means the property manager isn’t even able to respond to issues, even though they know they live in a college town with many many many families moving their things into apartments this weekend. We will have to wait until monday to access my things but there was no reason for the hold in the first place, and got confirmation by other workers that we are in the correct.
