He told me it was not his job and walked off. Today I was going to buy some plants but could not find a basket in the lawn and garden center except one by the cashier desk. I asked the cashier if I could use the basket real quick to load up some plants and roll them out to my truck. She told me no. I started walking into the store to grab a basket and said screw it and left. They lost out on a couple hundred dollars of sales. I was going to use the basket and bring it right back. With no cashiers in the main part of the store and poor service it is making it really hard to shop here. I spend thousands a month here. I guess they competing with Home Depot on who has the worst customer service.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
